Provide users with corresponding climate and environmental acceleration tests for the whole machine (or components), electrical appliances, instruments, materials, coatings, plating, etc., in order to evaluate the test samples or test behavior of the test samples.

The equipment is divided into three parts: a high-temperature box, a low-temperature box, and a testing box; By using heat storage and cold storage to switch the air path, the cold and hot temperatures are introduced into the testing area to achieve the purpose of cold and hot shock testing

The controller adopts a color LCD human-machine touch dialogue LCD touch screen+PLC, which is easy to operate and also has Chinese and English modes.

◆ It has program settings and cycle cycle settings, which can achieve automatic operation of the refrigeration machine, reduce the workload of operators, and can automatically start and stop working and running over time;

There is a 50mm diameter test hole on the left side of the box, which can be used for external power load wiring and testing components.

The air outlet and return air outlet sensors are detected and controlled, and the switching time of the air door mechanism is completed within 10 seconds. The recovery time of the cold and hot shock temperature is completed within 5 minutes.

During operation, the status display and curve display will automatically show the fault point and cause on the screen in case of abnormal conditions

The refrigeration system adopts a cascade high-efficiency low-temperature circuit system design, and the refrigeration unit uses European and American compressors with refrigerants R404 and R23
