The maximum temperature range is -180-600 ℃, and the temperature can be controlled at a rate of 1-30 ℃/min. The temperature stability is ± 0.1 ℃. Internally using liquid nitrogen refrigeration and electric heating mode! Different temperature zones can be selected, and the measurement environment can be chosen. Suitable for optoelectronic performance testing, combined with fluorescence spectroscopy and Raman spectroscopy. The sample stage contains a 2mm diameter optical through-hole for detecting projected light from the sample and also for detecting reflected light from the sample. This product accepts any form of customization.
