Small Cordyceps Freeze Drying Machine, also known asSmall Cordyceps Freeze Drying MachineIt is a low-temperature freeze-drying equipment for cordyceps. How much does it cost per unit? The prices of freeze-drying equipment with different production capacities also vary. The drying methods for fresh cordyceps sinensis are traditional techniques such as sun drying, air drying, and drying, which have disadvantages such as easy deformation, discoloration, and loss of nutrients.
The emergence of freeze-drying machines for cordyceps not only makes the freeze-dried cordyceps easy to preserve for a long time, but also allows it to maintain its original shape, size, color, thermosensitive substances, and nutritional components after drying.
Cordyceps sinensis (Berk.) Sacc. is a dried complex of the parasitic seats and larval bodies of the family Batmoths, belonging to the family Fabaceae. Excavate at the beginning of summer when the spores have not yet been released. Cordyceps sinensis is composed of a fungal cluster that connects the body of the insect to the head of the insect. The insect body resembles a silkworm, measuring 3-5cm in length and 0.3-0.8cm in diameter; its surface is dark yellow to yellow brown, with 20-30 circular patterns, and the circular patterns near the head are relatively fine; Head brownish red; 8 pairs of feet, with 4 pairs in the middle being more prominent; Crispy, easy to break, slightly flat cross-section, pale yellow white. The pedestal is slender cylindrical, measuring 4-7cm in length and 0.3cm in diameter. The surface is dark brown to dark brown, with fine longitudinal wrinkles and slightly enlarged upper part; Flexible in texture, with a white cross-section.
China is the main producer of Cordyceps sinensis, as it is only produced on the Qinghai Tibet Plateau. Cordyceps is mainly distributed in Xizang, Qinghai, Sichuan, Gansu, and Yunnan at high altitudes of 3500 meters to 5500 meters above sea level (the altitude has increased in recent years). Among them, cordyceps producing areas with an altitude of more than 4500 meters are "quality" producing areas. The so-called quality means that there are more large specifications of cordyceps. The more famous quality producing areas include Yushu and Golog in Qinghai, Naqu, Changdu, and Ganzi Litang in Xizang. There are 17 counties in the eastern and southern regions of Qinghai, where wild cordyceps is widely distributed, accounting for more than half of the world's cordyceps production. They are: Yushu County within the jurisdiction of Yushu Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture in Qinghai Zaduo County, Chengduo County, Zhiduo County, Nangqian County, Qumalai County. Maqin County, Gande County, Dari County, Jiuzhi County within the jurisdiction of Qinghai Golog Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture. Hualong Hui Autonomous County in the Haidong area of Qinghai Province. Gonghe County, Tongde County, and Xinghai County within the jurisdiction of Qinghai Hainan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture.
Advantages of freeze-dried Cordyceps sinensis
Vacuum freeze-drying, also known as freeze-drying, refers to the process of drying solid materials directly into a gaseous state without going through the liquid phase under vacuum conditions. During the freeze-drying process, the solvent directly sublimates from the solid state to the gas state, so it does not destroy the original chemical structure and form of the solute. Materials with biological activity can still restore their conformation and biological function before freeze-drying after re dissolution. Therefore, freeze-drying is a drying method that has the least impact on the properties of the dried substance. Every year, a large quantity of cordyceps enters the market. Except for the portion directly consumed by the consumer population, most of them are freeze-dried and packaged for sale around the world. The reason why freeze-drying is used is because freeze-dried cordyceps has the following advantages:
Freeze dried cordyceps largely retains substances beneficial for human absorption, such as cordycepin, cordycepin acid (i.e. D-mannitol), cordyceps polysaccharides, etc.
Freeze dried cordyceps retains its original food structure and maintains the original form of Cordyceps sinensis.
Freeze dried insect grass has better color and appearance.
Good rehydration performance, closer to the quality of fresh cordyceps.
There is no surface hardening problem caused by general drying methods.
Easy to store and transport for a long time.
